Are you a Pilate-styled leader?
Pilate-styled leaders know the truth. They have the opportunity to uphold and the power to enforce it. But they treat it as an ‘option,’ making it non-sacrosanct, and opt to trade it for falsehood.
They are all about self-preservation and self-popularity.
They pander to the wishes of their people instead of teaching and nurturing them using the instrument of truth, all so that they can be liked, have a following, and preserve their powerful positions.
