COURSE DESCRIPTION

Let’s be clear, you are not a good leader if you don’t disrupt the lives of your followers for good. Leaders of note and worth never leave those they come in contact with the same. They cause such irreversible transformation in those they lead that they are seldom ever forgotten. The focus on what it means to disrupt lives as a leader and how to perfect this approach for effectiveness. We examine the concept of the perfect leader, the dangers of non-disruption, the leader’s dual identity, the heat of the leader that disrupts, and the character of the leader. In addition, we discuss the leader’s actions that promote disruption, the key instrument for bringing disruption about, how to enhance the potency of the instrument, and the sacrifice that disruption entails. Participants will raise the bar for measuring their impact as leaders as an outcome of this course.
